India-born, California-raised pop artist Zoya has been praised by Rolling Stone, Vogue, ELLE, GQ, MTV, VH1, and Harper’s Bazaar. She’s earned recognition from A. R. Rahman and The Chainsmokers, and has toured internationally on festival lineups and as a support act for artists including Anderson .Paak, Clean Bandit, Lucy Rose, and Martin Garrix.

After four years of touring across India, Zoya returned to Los Angeles, where she was developed by Lady Gaga’s production team. She went on to release her U.S. debut album Bad Girls Dream, featuring a lead single with Grammy-nominated, Billboard Hot 100–charting rapper Jack Harlow.

In 2021, she released Maybe It’s You, which premiered exclusively for the industry at the W Hotel in Hollywood. That same year, she was named Amazon Music’s Breakthrough Artist of the Year and signed with Create Music Group, marking a new chapter in her global career.

Her latest release, The Human Era Is Over (The I/O), debuted alongside a powerful new live show at Lollapalooza India 2026 — her first performance in India in seven years — marking a full-circle homecoming and a defining moment in her journey as an independent pop artist.

Now splitting her time between Mumbai and Los Angeles, Zoya is working on her next album Feast, developing a feature film, and continuing to build a global pop identity — proving that Indian girls can make pop music too. ★
