Hi, it's great to see that you're reading this! I am happy to welcome you to this channel where I share some thoughts (and feelings) on how I aim to live mindfully in my life. As of the time I am writing this, it'll most likely be stuff related to my exploration of the human mind, mindfulness, yoga, and poetry (that I wrote). We'll look at the evidence behind what I am suggesting to you.
