Deborah Lukalu Kaseba (born on March 24 of a cetain year) is a singer-songwriter, recording and performing artist. She is best-known for the title "Awesome God”, "We Testify ,” Tabiri”, “ Tenda”, to name but a few. The song awesome God and We Testify went viral mounting way above 5 million views to date.

EARLY LIFE

Deborah Lukalu Kaseba was born as Deborah Lukalu, on March 24 in D.R COngo Lubumbashi . Her parents are Tropez Lukalu Placide (passed on) and Chantal Zahabu (Mother) . She grew up under the skies of Johannesburg since 2003 and it was not until the tender age of 14 that the young and then-talented little girl gave her life to Christ and got baptized through the leading of her spiritual father, Pastor Mike Lwambua.

Church worship rehearsals are where she practiced her singing, from her childhood, as a choir member in the Church Jesus Le Roc in DR Congo and into her teen years in Johannesburg South Africa where she became more conscient about what she carried within her.

Deborah obtained her High school diploma with high grades at Queens high school in Johannesburg where she formed her first band ever and received several awards during end-year award functions.

She then did marketing management at the university of Johannesburg before going on to do fashion and design at FASHION DESIGN SCHOOL AND RETAIL EDUCATION INSTITUTION at LISOF.

Having lost her father at a very young age, Deborah LUKALU (youngest child and only girl in the family of 4) learnt to hike in mature boots doing house chores and cooking for her older brothers whilst her mother went to work.

Music was her greatest therapy after her father passed to the point where if she were a little stubborn, her mother knew that depriving her from choir rehearsal would suffice to straighten her out and that was the only way.

After being consecrated, Deborah LUKALU fell so in love with CHRIST and surrendered completely hence becoming the person she is today. Her pastor Later nominated her as the Ambassador of Her local church FAITH AND VICTORY and awarded her with over 7 certificates to acknowledge and encourage her hard work every year.

She opened a junior choir in her local church in 2011 with about 70 children that is thriving up to date running. Deborah is so loved by kids everywhere.
