Samaya

After months of contemplating we finally decide on starting our YouTube channel. Since we were always being asked questions regarding weight loss and how to do certain exercises, the main theme of this channel was founded, making fitness less complicated and documenting the process of living and lifting.

We decided on adding food and travel as our other 2 elements. Because that's what we do, we eat lots, we lift heavy and we manage to travel sometimes ;) That's how the theme of the channel came together " EAT, LIFT, TRAVEL."

Why Samaya? Because we believe we should never underestimate the importance of spending quality time (SAMAYA) with ourselves and our loved ones. Create and document memories that make us smile years later because the most important SAMAYA is NOW!
