Launched in 2014, Virtusos is a classical music talent show that revolutionised the Hungarian TV market, becoming the highest rated TV show on public television in just a few weeks. The Virtuosos format is unique, focusing on discovering young classical talents and giving the talented youngsters chance to develop and progress in a way that few others have.
In recent years it has become a prominent Hungarian brand and movement. More and more classical music stars from around the world are supporting our mission.
Besides helping performers, the mediators of music, another fundamental aim of our mission is to educate the public. The series has exceeded all expectations in achieving this goal. It has succeeded in bringing classical music to a section of society that previously considered it the entertainment of a narrow elite.
