My name is Richard and in August of 2015 I turned 50 years old. The age transition on that date really didn't bother me too much, but the new decade has caused me to spend a bit of time thinking about who I am, and what I plan to do with the rest of my life.

Once I turned 50 I would, on occasion, have people ask 'How's it feel to be 50?". To which I would reply, 'It's great! I don't feel a day over 60!". Which unfortunately was true. Over the last few years I have just felt poorly, in general, mainly due to bad habits. In addition, I have spent too much time not enjoying the moments, but focused on the long term.

I believe I have psychologically aged myself... and I am going to do something to fix that! My goal is to begin to enjoy the moments, to communicate with my family better (through these videos), and to share my journey as I reclaim myself and rage against the dying of the light!
