Coming from an Italian family, I am passionate about home cooking, fresh ingredients and healthy options when preparing meals. My wish is to pass along my cooking experience, to introduce you to healthier ways to choose ingredients, to pass on recipes and to share authentic Italian dishes and traditions. Cutting down on preservatives is always on my mind, so when possible, I’ll share ways to make things from scratch and to add a bit of color to make a meal a bit more healthy!
