Sound Health is a free resource for wellness information and methods focused on using sound, music, and rhythm to experience a healthy and happy life.

Jim Donovan M.Ed., is a professional musician and educator. He’s an Assistant Professor at Saint Francis University where is the director of the Music and Wellness program, Editor of the Jim Donovan Digest and host of the Jim Donovan Show podcast.

Jim was a founding member of the 3-time platinum 90’s band Rusted Root. He co-wrote and performed their hit “Send Me on My Way,” and toured with music legends Carlos Santana, The Grateful Dead, and members of Led Zeppelin.

Jim now shows people everywhere how to use sound, music, and rhythm to support their health, wellness and social connection.
