About Madison Boatworks

After four years of boatwork, we have untied the lines and realized the dream of cruising the world. Julia is a wooden Atkin Ingrid ketch, traditionally built in 1960. Her recent voyage began in 2021, in Seattle, Washington, and has included sailing south along the US west coast to Mexico, and west across the Pacific Ocean. She was made for the seas, and has continued to show us that sailing on a wooden boat has been worth all the effort to make it happen. Thanks for following along as we share film from our adventures.

Cheers, Jonathan & Whitney

The chart appends new subscriber readings every few seconds. That gives you a rolling growth trace instead of a static count snapshot.
