How can we tell whether we have permission? We ask directly if it is public knowledge from a reliable source (Real life Examples: SMG4 told me reactions are OK. "SML is OK with reactions" and made a video for us in which they say they are fine with my reactions. Brandon Rogers leaves multiple comments thanking me for reactions.
