Based in Denver, KISTA TV is a forward-thinking media organization. With seven years of expertise in the field, we are committed to provide dependable news and social issue programs, as well as Somali entertainment like poetry and music, to the Somali population both in the diaspora and at home. We provide voice to marginalized populations, women, and young people who are suppressed. Among other topics, we discuss politics, health, and education in Somalia and abroad. Mohamed Omar saw a need for unbiased and trustworthy Somali media and created KISTA TV in 2017.
