CHEF MUHAMMAD SHAFIQ’S PROFILE

Hello everyone! I am Chef Shafiq and on this channel, I am going to teach you how you can cook delicious fine-dining dishes at home. I have been a chef for 29 years, I used to work in five-star hotels and Restaurants in Pakistan, Middle East and United States.

My journey in the culinary field began in 1995 as a Commis Chef at the Avari Hotel in Lahore. Following my apprenticeship I travelled overseas to Saudi Arabia as Chef de Partie at the Le Meridien in Jeddah.

During my professional journey, I have worked in Avari Hotel Lahore, Pearl Continental Lahore, worked as Executive Chef position at the award-winning restaurant Nan-N-Curry in Washington State in the USA.

Currently, I am working as Executive Chef “Defence Raya Golf & Country Club.
