ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. ASMR is a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck. These tingles are a response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. ASMR is often used for sleep and relaxation. Some people get tingles, and some people don't, and these videos can be relaxing either way! I aim to create a safe place for all that allows a state of well-being, sleep, and relaxation.
