At Age 28, I became 92 kgs for my 6 ft stature. I was 21 kgs beyond my ideal weight. I remained mostly stressed, angry and even a small problem would cause anxiety in me. I used to waste all of my time on youtube and TV. I had physical pain all over my body. I woke up lazy. Even lost a big chunk of Hair from my Forehead.

So one day I realized my life needs direction and I need to take ACTION.

There I made a decision to become a achiever and not a dreamer. And very quickly I changed. People started to notice and ask. I became even better than I previously was. Fitter, Faster and Stronger. During that Journey and from journies of Thousands whom I advised I learned SECRETS that no one TELLS. This channel is all about knowing the right things and not drifting towards OBVIOUS.
