Blue Knights Drum and Bugle Corps

Ascend Performing Arts mission is to further the education and growth of young people through participation in performing arts programs of the highest caliber, which promote teamwork and discipline, develop leadership skills, and enhance self-esteem.

Founded as a parade corps in 1958, Blue Knights has been a Drum Corps International World Championship finalist many times. The drum corps is known for its often dark-sounding musical programs and strong use of body movement in their visual offerings. With 4 WGI World Percussion Championships, the Blue Knights World Percussion Ensemble is a leader in indoor percussion design & performance in Winter Guard International.

The Blue Knights organization also offers a competitive indoor marching percussion ensemble and the Denver Broncos Stampede, the official performance ensemble of the NFL's Denver Broncos. Learn more at AscendPerformingArts.org
