सुबह सूरज उगने से पहले उठें और फ्रेश होकर इसे करने की तैयारी करें।
मेडिटेशन करने के लिए सबसे पहले ऐसी जगह ढूढें जो खुली और एकांत हो।
इसके लिए आप घर के लॉन, टेरेस, छत या नजदीकी पार्क और मैदान में जाएँसबसे पहले अपनी योगा मैट को बिछाएं।
अब पालथी मार कर बैठ जाएँ।
दोनों हाथों को आगे की और घुटनों की तरफ रखें।
अपनी आँखे बंद करें। सब कुछ भूलकर अपना ध्यान मस्तिष्क के केंद्र बिंदु पर डालें।
धीरे-धीरे गहरी साँसे भरें।
शुरुआती दिनों में 10 से 15 मिनट तक इस प्रकिया को करें। बाद में कम से कम 30 मिनट तक इसका अभ्यास जरूर करें।
