I'm Vanessa Ruck, aka The Girl On A Bike – motorcycle rider, rally racer, adventurer and TEDx award-winning motivational speaker. I share the raw, unfiltered reality of life on two wheels: racing, recovery, resilience, travel and motherhood in motorsport. No fake perfection—just truth.
After a life-changing accident, I live with chronic pain but refuse to let it hold me back. I’ve ridden in over 33 countries and raced some of the world’s toughest events including the original Dakar.
