Welcome to PAN lab podcast, I'm Akansha and I'm a psychologist and an independent researcher in Affective Neuroscience

This channel aims to create awareness and educate with ever evolving knowledge and understanding regarding the psychology and neurobiology of being and behaviour.

We will discuss in detail various disorders, diseases, health issues, emotional pains etc with a purpose of having better understanding of them from psychological and scientific domain

And then explaining, behavioural tools and techniques available for improving one's overall health, different treatments and how they can be accessed, how one can feel empowered to take better care of one's health and spirit and extend that to others.

If we are able to impact just handful of people, intrigue them with knowledge, bring about meaningful change in their lives, able to help, motivate them and give them hope, then we'll consider that as work done right.
