I’m 48 years old and i've been a Personal and Group Fitness Trainer since 2008. Sport Massage Therapist since 2004 and Owner of Studio BFit in Montreal since 2017.
Coming from a Boxing background and after being on the National Boxing Canada Team, i decided to transmit my passion for fitness to others.
