About Body Fix Exercises—for over 50s
I specialise in helping people over 50 feel great as they age. I use my 30+ years’ of experience as a chiropractor to help you to "age smart"—feel stronger, looser, more flexible, pain-free... and most importantly, about 17.8 years younger! ;)
I'm in my late 50s and have had every muscle & joint issue you could imagine... and discovered how to fix them all, at home, with exercises, using my knowledge & experience from 3 decades in practice. So I know how these things feel. How frustrating it can feel.
Having been through so many body challenges personally has made me realise how important being proactive with your health is over 50. So now, each night, you'll find me on my mat, doing exercises (with my beautiful cat, Sebas, faithfully at my side), strengthening, mobilising, stretching & balancing.
