About DFFReplayContests

A channel for Dissidia Final Fantasy replay edit contests.

Current status:

Next contest will be: Themeless

Next contest's guest judges: None yet. Volunteer now!

** IMPORTANT:

I, Kayarine, will be taking a break from hosting replay contests. Feel free to host your own. Also, let me know so I can add it to the list of other people's contests.

How does it work?

* Each contest held in this channel will be open for entries for 2 weeks.

* Contests will be judged by Kayarine, plus one or two other guests judges.

When are new contests opened?

* After the previous one has been judged and after the next contest's rules and theme (if it's a themed contest) have been decided.

What about contests' themes?

* Contests will be held like this:

Themeless Contest -} Themed Contest -} (repeat)

* Themed contests will have a certain theme, which will restrict the characters, and occasionally stages, that can be used in the replay.

* Themeless are free for all; However, they may occasionally restrict the use of non-Dissidia scenes.

How are the guest judges picked?

* Before each contest opens, people can volunteer to help organize and judge the next contest. Kayarine will pick one or two people to be the guest judges of the next contest.

* Guest judges can help with ideas for the next contest's theme (if it's a themed contest), rules and most importantly, be the judges of said contest.

* Guest judges are temporary. They don't need to judge every contest, but they can volunteer again for the next one.

* How many guests will be invited depends on how many people volunteer.

* Anyone can volunteer as long as they know what makes a replay edit good or bad and can evaluate them.

How to volunteer?

* Send a Personal Message (PM) to this channel saying that you wish to volunteer for judging the next contest. Send the PM while the current contest (if any) is still open. Remember that if you're chosen to be a judge, you won't be able to participate in the next one (the one you'll judge).

What do winners get?

* 1st place: 1 subscriber, 1 favorite, replay is featured in the channel

* 2nd place: 1 subscriber, 1 favorite

* 3rd place: 1 favorite

Any questions or suggestions can be posted in the Channel Comments.

About RealtimeSubCount.com

RealtimeSubCount.com tracks live YouTube subscriber activity with a faster page shell, local caching, and analytics modules that do not block the main counter from loading. This page is designed to keep the count visible first while the deeper charts and supporting widgets stream in behind it.

FAQ

The page combines cached API data and fast refresh polling to stay responsive while still tracking changes closely. Exact public YouTube counts can lag, but the page updates far more frequently than the default channel view.

The chart appends new subscriber readings every few seconds. That gives you a rolling growth trace instead of a static count snapshot.

Yes. The embed panel on this page includes both the iframe snippet for websites and the direct URL for OBS or other browser-source tools.
