Running around Dublin Bay

Hi I am a keen runner who took up running in my early thirties after years of being a smoker.

That decision has had a profound affect on my life, finding something that made me feel so alive and confident.

I met my wife and now have a beautiful daughter and its all because I started running.

For the past four years I worked in the running industry helping people through detailed gait analysis and my knowledge of running, that era has ended as I have started to study Neuromuscular Therapy.

To replace the buzz of helping people in my previous role I started this channel to help spread the joys of running but also to help people avoid the pitfalls.
