i am yoga expert, worked for various educational institutions, trained students and teaching staff on emotional intelligence. i observed the psychosomatic disorders that affect the young and old in the same way and it is just due to their reactive thoughts, that become emotions like irritation, anger, tension, grief.

The biochemistry behind all these emotions ,triggered by the thoughts, caused compromised immunological disturbances and deviations. Though people eat good food, live in good environment and regular in exercises to keep fit, they are affected by corona viruses and many other diseases. the main underlying cause is emotional thoughts.
