-No. I've been a member in the past, but joined to answer her medical and cooking questions. There were lots of lurkers in the old EG Discord that did this.
Am I a professional cook?
-No. I was a baker, and I've done everything there is to do in a restaurant--my parents had one for over 15 years. I have a "day job" and side gig as a food writer.
How do I pick the recipes I make? Why did you start this?
-Honestly, they're just ones I'm curious about, or ones that people request. Someone in my real life died, and I was looking for a project.
Why do you walk away for a bit sometimes?
-Life happens. This is just a fun hobby for me.
