NDML (NSDL Database Management Ltd.)

Established in June 2004, NSDL Database Management Limited (NDML) is a 100% Subsidiary of NSDL (National Securities Depository Limited). NSDL, one of the largest depositories in the world, commenced operation in August 1996 and has established a state-of-the-art infrastructure that handles most of the securities held and settled in dematerialized form in the Indian capital market.

Over the years, NDML has entered into various businesses which require digitization, automation, and end-to-end integration of services. NDML operates across multiple businesses that span across Governance, Capital Markets, Industry Solutions and Digital Payments.
