Established in June 2004, NSDL Database Management Limited (NDML) is a 100% Subsidiary of NSDL (National Securities Depository Limited). NSDL, one of the largest depositories in the world, commenced operation in August 1996 and has established a state-of-the-art infrastructure that handles most of the securities held and settled in dematerialized form in the Indian capital market.
