That's a fitting description for Aaron Dahlen, LCDR USCG (Ret.). He has a lifelong passion for hands-on discovery of electronics. This was reinforced over a 27-year military career split between electronics technician and mustang officer. Dahlen has also taught electronics ranging from component level repair to topics in industrial automation. Today, he serves as an applications engineer at DigiKey.
