The core mission of Muzzle Flash Radio is to inspire conversations about how humans employ music to create meaning out of what often seems a harsh, arbitrary, and unjust existence. Music is a primary method for making joy out of sorrow; for bridging the sacred, the social, and the personal; for using historical innovation to inform present work in the creation of future wisdom. To that end, we present these mixes as a testament of sorts—a testament to what we all share, despite our differences. Although the theme may vary from mix to mix, the mission remains the same.
