Welcome to our channel Think Nutrifit. This You Tube Channel is created by two persons, Sister and Brother; Kawalpreet Kaur as an Certified Evidence Based Nutritionist deals in weight loss, weight gain management and Amarpreet Singh as a Karate Player, Exercise Trainer and Entrepreneur.
Our purpose of making this channel is to create awareness among people about nutrition and fitness that is why we name our channel Think Nutrifit. Nutri refers to nutrition and Fit refers to fitness but you might be wondering then why think because we want every person to think about nutrition and fitness. Our motto is
