وتعتبر مبادرة "البدر" من أضخم المبادرات في موضوعها، وذلك من حيث تنوع مجالات المشاركة فيها، وقيمة جوائزها المادية، وتتضمن جائزة "في حب النور المبين" التي تقام كل عامين وتستقبل المشاركات في مختلف المجالات الفنية والإبداعية، واحتفالية المولد النبوي الشريف.
