Hetain Patel

Hey I am an artist. I make videos, photographs, sculptures and live performances. I explore contemporary British identity; unpicking race, disability, gender and class through surprise and humour - often in my kitchen.

I have done Bruce Lee impersonations on stage at the Royal Opera House, made a Transformer robot from an old Ford Fiesta with my Dad, designed part of a mini golf course for the Venice Biennale and was invited to do a TED talk which has since had over 3 million views (watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPhHHtn8On8)
