詩、音、映像、コラージュ、インスタレーションを横断するアーティスト。

宗教学を学んだ後、自主映画制作を経て表現活動を継続。

2020年以降、詩作とデジタルコラージュを軸に創作を本格化。

800曲以上をBandcampで発表し、海外の音楽家・ラジオと多数協働。

池袋アートギャザリング区長賞、現展入選(国立新美術館)、

金澤詩人賞入選など受賞歴多数。

実験即興ポップユニットZone Ray主宰。

ー Rill Saionji ー

Born in 1974, based in Tokyo.

Rill Saionji is an interdisciplinary artist working across poetry, sound, video, collage, and installation.

After studying religious studies and creating independent films, he returned to full-time artistic practice around 2020, focusing on poetry and digital collage.

He has released over 800 tracks on Bandcamp, collaborating with international musicians and radio programs.

His recent honors include the Toshima Mayor’s Prize (IAG), multiple selections for “Genten” at The National Art Center, Tokyo, and recognition in contemporary poetry awards.

He is the founder of the experimental live unit Zone Ray, known for site-specific performances and sonic collage.
