MovieBrats Pictures

MovieBrats Pictures is an independent film production house with offices in Erfurt and Berlin, Germany, developing, producing, and co-producing commercially viable, high-quality feature films and serial content in both, live-action and animation.

Previous productions include the multi-award winning sci-fi comedy short ASTERNAUTS (dir: Marta Masferrer, 2012), the supernatural drama ZOOLOGY (dir: Ivan Tverdovsky), winner of the Special Jury Prize at Karlovy Vary, Best Picture at Fantastic Fest (see reviews at Screen Anarchy, The Guardian) and more, as well as the comedy drama GEISTER (GHOSTS, dir: Hans Henschel, 2024). MovieBrats Pictures' productions have screened at many prestigious festivals worldwide such as TIFF, SXSW, Palm Springs, San Sebastian, Les Arcs, Zurich, Tallinn Black Nights, BFI London, Guadalajara, CPH PIX, Huesca, Busan and Beijing.
