CGAP is an inter-agency initiative being chaired by DOLE with members consisting of the Department of Education (DepEd), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), and the Federation of Career Guidance Advocates Network of the Philippines (FCGANP), Inc. The program aims to immerse parents and students on the realities of the labor market and advocate for career guidance as an effective tool in addressing job-skill mismatch.
