In this channel I am trying to explain some annoying features of our mind. Our inner feelings, how to deal with our negative emotions and overcome them. I am not a professional expert Counsellor or coach. I only share my own personal experience. I am trying to help those who struggle with their negative emotions and feelings and don't even realise that they just gradualy lost their peace and happiness. This is my little effort to bring smile on those people who suffer from depression and other mental issues. I hope you will motivate me to increase the awareness among people for mental health.
