A little background: I spent over a decade as a Green Beret in the U.S. Army Special Forces. During that time I began investing in RE. That passion grew from RE investing to starting a team of RE agents, creating multiple online businesses, owning over 134 rental units, operating as a CFO for a private equity firm, and now operating as a fractional CFO to investors.
