Aattam Kalasamithi Kollannur – the maestros of rhythm, are the Most Popular Percussion Band from Thrissur, Kerala. Aattam’s innovative twists to the traditional Shinkari Melam sowed the seeds for a new era of the art form and has gained global accolades.

Aattam Kalasamithi was originally established in 2001 in Kollannur, Kaiparambu, Thrissur and is home to 31 talented Chenda Artists. Aattam has been a show stealer in any event and has transitioned into an emotion at music shows over the globe. They marked their presence in popular Malayalam TV shows like Comedy Ulstavam, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, etc, alongside prominent names in music like Stephen Devassy and Rajesh Cherthala. Aattam Kalasamithi has also been under the spotlight in numerous awards shows conducted by Flowers TV, Surya TV, and Zee Kerala.
