Hello and welcome! I started this vlog a DECADE ago in 2010 as a young mother who had recently been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, confused and struggling. I was one of the first to publicly document my mental health journey, sharing my personal experiences, ups and downs, real and raw. Since then, a lot has changed...I've grown, learned, and become a heck of a lot wiser! I've earned a BA in Psychology and have taught at a university...so I know a thing or two, from the outside as well as the inside. :) I'm real, honest and open, and I don't shy away from controversial topics that people tend to THINK but don't always SAY.
