I’m Thomas, 194 cm (6’4”), and when I first started training, I weighed just 69kg(152lbs) . I trained hard, stayed consistent, and pushed through the grind — but for years, the gains just didn’t show. It wasn’t until I began understanding the real challenges of being tall in fitness — long limbs, tough leverages, joint stress, and slower visual progress — that everything started to change.
