I’ve been a Chef since 17, but baking wasn’t always my thing. While in culinary school, cake decorating became that “gray area” I couldn’t ignore—so I leaned all the way in.
Now I’m bringing you everything—cakes, creativity, AND food experiences worth talking about.
Because getting good takes practice—and a LOT of frosting.
