Hello my geek brothers, welcome to My Inner Hero.

Many of my friends struggle to stay active, they have the motivation, but they lose it after a month (more or less), so I decided to make working out fun (if you like anime, comics and stuff like that). Let’s make a community where everyone is welcome and free to talk.

So, just a little bit about myself (Does anyone really read this?) Anyway, My name is Giuseppe, I’m an engineer that lost his job (beautiful covid times), and is now trying something that I should have tried years ago.

I know the struggles of studying and trying to make a living while still staying healthy and in shape.

I've been in the fitness community for over 10 years now, so i'll be uploading follow along superhero workout videos for all of you to enjoy!
