I'm Stan and welcome to The New Average.

The average American is overweight, suffers from a chronic disease, in debt, and is divorced (if previously married.) When we look at what it means to be 'Average' it's done so in a negative light, or it's objectively bad.

I want to present the different ideas, statistics, and action steps you can implement to get you away from the middle, and more towards the better side of things. Better yet, why don't we make "the better side of things" the new middle- the NEW average.

Some things may not be in your control, or they might not be a priority for you to try and improve on, and that's okay. Truth is though, a lot of things in your life is in control, but we often deny it as that's the path of least resistance. If everyone can become self-aware of their deficiencies to become better all around, then all of our lives will be better, which is the point of The New Average.
