Let the owner who hired me tell me what they want me to do to fix their car that they paid their hard earned money to buy and repair after I HELPED them understand what is wrong with their car, how to fix it, and why it needs what it needs, so they KNOW what they need, why they need it and what it is and what options they have. It's called Honesty and Integrity.
