About Nitin Pandea
Nitin Pandea is CEO of United Docks, a real estate company which is the biggest private land owner in the capital city of Mauritius and is listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius with assets of MUR 2.5B & market capitalisation of MUR 1B.
Nitin has implemented innovative projects and raised more than MUR 1.5 Billion project finance through debt and equity. He recently started building a new business district in Port Louis, known as "The Docks", which will be a melting pot for companies in financial services, technology & fintech and an accelerator for spin-off companies.
Nitin Pandea started his career in banking at HSBC and Barclays prior to joining (BOI), now known as Economic Development Board of Mauritius, where he spent more than 12 years travelling the globe to close investment deals. He also headed offices in Europe, Asia and Africa.
Nitin holds a BA (Hons) Economics, an MSc E-Business and has followed an Advanced Management Programme at ESSEC. He is a Fellow of ACCA
