The Mqondisi Disciplinary Team is a community-rooted initiative dedicated to restoring peace, accountability, and cultural integrity in families facing crisis. Founded under Buwa Uthuleleni Media Company, the team responds to urgent cases of youth misconduct, family breakdown, and social disorder with a unique blend of tactical action and restorative justice.

We do not punish to destroy—we discipline to restore.
