This is OpenGriefing,

The community that plays source games in a hole new way. We think Griefing is an art which requires lots of creativity and dedication to do.

By this we don't mean just making other people feel awful, we mean playing outside of the boarders of what the game gives you and finding things that are not normal. Some people call us hacker, but "if Valve didn't want us to do this, why did they put it into the game?" -team roomba
