Salvation is sealed in us by the Holy Spirit the moment we believe.: Then begins a lifelong sanctifying process (being made holy to the Lord) that is completed BY CHRIST at His call to come up and be with Him forever.John 14:1-3; Philippians 1:6.

The greatest Saints lived these truths.Each lost person must deal with God's judgment on sin. And Jesus Christ offered himself for that purpose; to redeem lost sinners just like me and you predestined to be His. Ephesians1:3-14; John10:27-29.
