Our sweet sanctuary, centrally located in the stunning Swiss commune of Collina d'Oro, is more than a yoga studio. It is home to a Tribe of people who support each other in taking good care of themselves, each other and our world.

Through this channel, our collective of stellar teachers and practitioners offer online versions of their classes and workshops, which complement and enhance the core value of yoga as a life practice.
