i live in a self built 2008 sprinter with my mini dachshund and calico cat, alongside my best friend and partner in life (who you’ll sometimes see in my videos!)

in Dec 2022 i started my journey towards healthy living and healing from BED, which lead me towards a love for weightlifting and nourishing my body! I lost 70 pounds and gained my abilities & life back. Now I share my journey gaining muscle while living on the road and traveling.

I also share stories i find interesting, but can also be a bit disturbing! this series has over 60 million views across tiktok, and i can’t wait to share it long-form on here!
