Gergely Buttinger composer, game developer.

Permanent composer at Neocore Games, co-owner of the game development company Etherfield Games, where he is also art director in addition to composing. He has been working in the Hungarian game development industry since 2004, where he first worked as a concept artist at Stormregion. As a composer, he has written music for commercials, short films, animated films and series, in addition to game music. From 2009 he wrote soundtracks for 10 years at the MOME Animation Department. In 2018 he was shortlisted for the Oscar for the animated short Hugo Bumfeldt (dir. Éva Katinka Bognár). He is composer of the animated childreen series 'Gateway to Another Town' (CUB Animation), has written music for TED Talk animations and worked on several international projects. Worked on a joint project between Games Workshop and Neocore Games entitled 'Warhammer40k: Inquisitor - Martyr'. He wrote music for the game series The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing and King Arthur: Knight's Tale. In 2023, DROP, developed by Etherfield Games, was published by the late Microprose Games, for which he was also art director and composer.
